What is offered at Flex PT?

  • One-on-One Fitness Training
    This training offers the individual to work alone or with a friend (up to 3 maximum). The individual will receive various exercises and routines to maximize his or her results.


  • Boot Camp Training
    This new style of training offers the opportunity for a military boot camp style training that will challenge the individual to advance through obstacle courses and a variety of other dynamic drills.


  • Speed and Agility Training
    If you are an athlete of any age or sport looking to enhance your speed and agility with the most up to date and professionally used speed drills and techniques then this is the training for you!


  • Pre and Post Natal Training
    Mothers or soon-to-be mothers this groundbreaking style of training allows you to better prepare yourself for your rapidly changing body and mind. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends regular exercise to help you look and feel better during a time when your body is changing. Exercise during pregnancy can help improve your mood; reduce bloating and swelling; promote muscle tone, strength and endurance; help you sleep better; increase energy; and alleviate lower back pain. The most important step in planning an exercise program during pregnancy is to talk with your doctor. Based on your individual medical history and any complications with your pregnancy FLEX personal training can asset you in achieving your best pre and post pregnancy body.

  • Diets
    Diets can be given to the individual after a consultation with Wade Kirk so he can better identify the needs of your body.


  • Fitness Assessments
    If you feel you need to find your starting point this assessment will determine were to start and where progress.
